Home COVID-19

Our Statement Regarding COVID-19 & Our Continued Promise to Serve Our Community.

To Our Valued Patient & Family;

We hope and pray that you and your family are in good health.
Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines.
While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: Our commitment to your safety.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office in the past.
Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable.
We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe.

Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued.
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:

  • Due to our State Mandate, Masks are REQUIRED upon entry of our building, We ask that you PLEASE follow the mandate and have a mask on when you come in our premises, if unable to have a mask of your own, we will provide you with one.
  • Our reception area is closed for waiting purposes, unless it is for the elderly, disabled or any extreme cases that need special exceptions.
  • Our front desk staff will be taking your temperature as well as your driver’s. We are doing this to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff.
  • Our office may communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office. We ask that you are patient, since it may appear repetitive, but it is OUR way to assure patient’s and staff’s safety.
  • Your check in process can be expedited by filling out the online paperwork, forms can be found at:

  • Pre-payment for all scheduled surgeries is preferred 48 hours prior to your appointment, this is so your time in office is kept to a minimum.
  • You may make payment for your surgery directly on our website: www.mosaicsurgery.com
    1. Select the office where your procedure has been scheduled
    2. Click on: Pay now
    3. Please proceed to follow the directions to pay for your scheduled procedure.
  • We have hand sanitizer that you may use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.

Curbside Check is Available for Your Convenience!

Upon your arrival you may text:
New Port Richey/Trinity (727) 842-5180
Clearwater (727) 791-6529
Westchase (813) 749-0930
Let us know you’ve arrived; further instructions will be given if necessary!

  • At the time of check in, you will receive a pen that will be YOURS for the remaining of your appointment, we ask that you keep it and use it, you will possibly need it at the beginning of your appointment, during your consult if it is your desire to take notes while you meet with the surgeon and at the end of your appointment when we present your treatment plan.
  • You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and our coffee bar has been suspended, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect between each and EVERY use.
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
  • Your check in process can be expedited by filling out the online paperwork, forms can be found at:

  • We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.

FAMILY MEMBERS will be asked to wait in their cars unless the patient is a minor, has a guardian, or the patient needs a caretaker to accompany them. If necessary, only one person may accompany the patient. This is for your safety, the safety of all our patients, and our staff that is here to take care of you.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at office number or visit our website at web address. Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors and friends.

Sincerely
Dr. Mitchell, Dr. Mehta, Dr. Young & Dr. Landrian
